HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT WHEY PROTEIN SHAKE

  1. Stir. Simply stir in a glass of water or milk.
  2. Shake. Cover and shake until well mixed
  3. Blend. Secure lid and blend for desired thickness.

Tip: Try blending with ice, your favorite fruit, juice, peanut butter or anything else you enjoy for a delicious smoothie.

Directions: Mix 1 to 2 servings (1 to 2 scoops) with 4 to 8 oz. of cold wate or skim milk in a glass or shaker cup. Use between major meals and before and after exercise. Do not exceed 5 servings in a 24-hour period. Read the entire label before use and follow the directions provided. Consume 10 glasses of water daily for good health.
